I know you’re eager to give your brand a new look, but we want to make sure this is something that will last, something that isn’t cookie-cutter, and something that clearly communicates the shine you bring to the world with your prospective customers.

The Design Process begins with us having a phone or video call to help me get to know your business better. I’ll ask you to give me the low-down on what you do, the landscape of your industry, what drives your business, and how you use your logo across digital and physical touchpoints to convey your mission.
At the end of this phase, we will have a brief. The brief will tell me exactly what you’re looking for, defining the “problem”, for me to generate a creative visual solution.

During this phase, I will go off and conduct a bit of my own research. I’ll see what others in your industry are doing well and where they might fall short. Based on the brief we constructed during discovery, I will create some rough concepts to get your feedback on.

You know your business best. In this step, you’ll let me know what concept you think best conveys your brand. We’ll refine color palettes and straighten out the ship to make sure it’s on course. We’ll work together to make any last adjustments to the brief if needed.

I do my thing and create the final design concept that answers the problem outlined in our brief. I will present a single concept via video presentation.

Almost done! I’m pretty darn good, but if a color needs a slight adjustment or you want to see another font, now’s the time.

Lastly, I send over all the files you need to share your new brand identity with the world. Go out there and continue to WOW customers with what makes you unique.
The Investment
I price my projects based on the value they bring your business. I find that trying to charge based on time is too inconsistent. The creative process is not linear and cannot be “turned on” like a switch. Do you really want to pay me to sit on the couch and think of ideas?
